Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist in Trauma and Orthopaedics

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced occupational therapist to lead the Trauma and Orthopaedics Occupational Therapy Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of occupational therapists and assistants, providing clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex patients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Trauma and Orthopaedics at Band 7 and above, with a strong track record of leading and managing teams, developing staff, and contributing to service development.

Main Responsibilities- To provide clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex patients.
- To manage a team of occupational therapists and assistants, providing day-to-day management and supervision.
- To contribute to the development of the Trauma and Orthopaedics Occupational Therapy Service, including service planning and operational management.
- To provide advice and support to occupational therapy colleagues on clinical practice issues.
