About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Tiger Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Administration: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Policy Management: Update company policies and procedures in line with UK and international employment law.
  • HRIS Management: Update all employees on the HR Information System and manage the HR inbox.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll, ensuring all data is accurate.
  • Internal Communications: Own internal communications from an HR perspective, requiring impeccable written and spoken English.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working within HR.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-savviness, with exposure to HR Information Systems and advanced Excel.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks instinctively.
  • Good understanding of UK and international employment law.
  • A people person who enjoys finding solutions and going out of their way to help others.
