Administrative Assistant for a Private Family Office

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Knightsbridge Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

The role will involve providing administrative support to the family office, including:

  • General office administration, such as ordering supplies, managing post and deliveries, and maintaining filing systems
  • Ad hoc PA duties, including preparing expenses and reports
  • Managing employee HR files and preparing monthly family members' credit card statements
  • Arranging travel and payment for staff and family travel
  • Reviewing and approving invoices and contracts

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in administration, preferably in a private family office or similar environment
  • Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian (or similar language)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the family office
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and payments
  • Review and approve invoices and contracts

Requirements:
