We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Knightsbridge Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
The role will involve providing administrative support to the family office, including:
- General office administration, such as ordering supplies, managing post and deliveries, and maintaining filing systems
- Ad hoc PA duties, including preparing expenses and reports
- Managing employee HR files and preparing monthly family members' credit card statements
- Arranging travel and payment for staff and family travel
- Reviewing and approving invoices and contracts
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in administration, preferably in a private family office or similar environment
- Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian (or similar language)
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the family office
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
