Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Team Assistant to join our team at Aldrich & Company Limited. As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our front of house and supporting our team members with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring meeting rooms are well presented
- Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Answering calls and responding to emails
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including processing office expenses and managing post
- Booking couriers and taxis as needed
- Ordering lunches for meetings and supporting the PAs and Operations Manager
- Assisting with marketing materials and organizing team and client events
- Providing ad-hoc support with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Some experience of working in a professional environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to use own initiative
- Eagerness to learn from experienced team members and a passion for providing exceptional support
