Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at KMK Recruitment Limited. As a Receptionist/Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk and Office Presentation: Greet visitors and colleagues, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and ensure meeting rooms are prepared for use.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Communication and Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Logistics and Coordination: Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, as well as manage office supplies and equipment.
- Financial Administration: Assist with financial tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures, and report any incidents or hazards to the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
