Main Responsibilities

As a professional and caring NICU Nurse, you will be challenged with the varied demands of the Trust, which at times can be unpredictable. You must have the ability to prioritise your working day under pressure while ensuring the values and behaviours of the Trust are upheld.

Job Requirements

Our busy level 2 Unit is part of a regional delivery network and has 3 ICU, 4 HDC, and 8 SC cots. Successful applicants will be joining a dynamic neonatal team, providing all aspects of neonatal care.

Person Specification
  • NMC or equivalent registration
  • Evidence of advanced knowledge in specialist field
Registration and Skills
  • Registered with appropriate professional body
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to respond to different communication needs of patients in different settings
  • Importance of quality of care and changes in practice
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
