About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Neonatal Unit, you will provide high-quality care to our patients and their families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert neonatal care to patients on our Level 2 Unit, working closely with our team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their child's care journey.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice, ensuring our unit remains at the forefront of neonatal care.

Person Specification
  • NMC registration and a strong background in neonatal nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our patients and families.
