About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Neonatal Nurses to join our dynamic team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Neonatal Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to neonates and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • Experience in neonatal care, preferably in a level 2 unit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
