Neonatal Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse to join our dynamic team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Neonatal Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert care to neonates and their families in a level 2 unit setting
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Experience working in a neonatal or pediatric setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
