Job Description

The Senior Communications Officer role at Day Aggregates Ltd. is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a skilled professional to develop and implement effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communication campaigns to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Plan and execute external communication initiatives, including press releases, media relations, and corporate events.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign performance data and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content and executing successful communication campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of communication principles and practices.
What We Offer

As a Senior Communications Officer at Day Aggregates Ltd., you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays + paid birthday leave and discretionary annual and Christmas bonuses (subject to eligibility). The Company also offers an Employee Assistance Programme, a 'Bike to work' scheme, and special membership rates at hundreds of gyms.
