Your New Role




  • You will focus on the preparation of corporate tax computations and returns for UK entities, utilizing your skills to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Review tax computations for overseas entities, leveraging your expertise to navigate international tax requirements without prior experience.
  • Forecast and model the future corporate tax position, providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate transfer pricing compliance within the region, including calculation of transfer prices based on forecast information.
  • Assist in ensuring that appropriate documentation is in place to support annual senior accounting officer requirements related to corporate tax.
  • Liaise with HMRC on corporate tax matters, building strong relationships to facilitate smooth interactions.
  • Prepare quarterly corporation tax provisions, including outside the UK, with no specific local tax knowledge required.
  • Contribute to the preparation of tax disclosures for inclusion in the UK annual Statutory Accounts.
  • Prepare patent box and R&D claims within the group, leveraging your skills to maximize tax benefits.


What You'll Need to Succeed



You will be a qualified accountant or tax professional, ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA, or equivalent, trained within accountancy practice with demonstrable UK corporation tax experience. This role presents opportunities for both first-movers from the profession and those seeking to transition from in-house experience to a leading global organization.
