Job Description

The Senior Training and Development Officer will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling Group-wide training and development initiatives, including course administration and production of support materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule Group-wide training and development programs.
  • Manage and maintain the Academy calendar of courses and events within the learning management system.
  • Prepare ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly management reports on attendance and feedback.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to advertise course content and monitor course bookings.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills, with experience using Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to coordinate and administer detailed activities and arrangements for a comprehensive Group-wide training program.
  • Strong team player with excellent relationship skills and ability to manage relations at all levels.
Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary of £43,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
