About the Job
The Learning Curve Group is a leading provider of education and training solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Armed Forces Training Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering military training days that meet the needs of our learners, with a focus on vocational qualifications, employability skills, and career development in the British Armed Forces.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality military training days that align with industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress to inform teaching and learning strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices through regular training and professional development.
Requirements
- Experience of working within one of the uniformed services (minimum 3 years).
- Military or civilian physical training qualification.
- GCSE maths and English qualification (desirable but essential).
- Knowledge of vocational qualifications or the education sector.
- Teaching qualification or experience of teaching or instructing.
- Experience of working with young people.
