About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of children
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • NVQ3/Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience in residential child care
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
