Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Ensure the home provides a therapeutic environment for the children and young people.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Requirements:
- QCF Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (Residential Management Pathway) or willingness to work towards it.
- Experience at Deputy or Manager level in a children's residential care setting.
