About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Residential team as a Senior Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare practice and supporting the Registered Manager in ensuring the best possible care for our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of our children and young people, providing a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager to provide consistent and high-quality care, adhering to Aspris Care's philosophy and therapeutic approach.
  • Lead a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months of experience working in a residential setting, with a strong understanding of childcare practices.
  • Achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to interact with a range of people, including young people with challenging behaviors, and provide consistency of care and support.
  • Full driving license and willingness to work a rota system, including weekends, evenings, and sleep-in duties.
