Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Blackpool, Lancashire. Our service provides high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to engage in various social activities, develop warm relationships, and maintain their independence. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and dignity of our service users.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage service users to participate in social activities and outings, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.

We offer a range of full-time and part-time hours, including sleep-ins and shift patterns. No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support. You will have the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care and enjoy a range of benefits, including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and 28 days' leave.
