At Creative Support, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Blackpool, Lancashire. Our service provides high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, and we're passionate about helping our service users live fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enabling our service users to engage in a range of activities, from socializing and accessing the local community to supporting them with daily living tasks. You'll develop warm and trusting relationships with our service users and their families, and work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centred care and support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage service users to participate in social activities and engage with their community
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Support service users with daily living tasks and enable them to live independently

We're looking for someone with a passion for providing high-quality care and support, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of our team. Full training is provided, and we offer a range of benefits, including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and 28 days' leave.
