As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities, both within and outside their homes. You will develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage service users to participate in social activities and events
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Support service users with daily living tasks and promote independence
