Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Blackpool, Lancashire. Our service provides high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our service users to engage in a range of activities, from employment and volunteering to socializing and community participation. You will develop strong relationships with our service users and their families, providing person-centred support and promoting independence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Encouraging service users to participate in social activities and community events
  • Developing and maintaining warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families

We offer a range of benefits, including full-time and part-time hours, sleep-in shifts, and opportunities for professional development. Our Creative Support Training Academy provides comprehensive training, and you will have the chance to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
