As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing respectful personal care, emotional, and practical support to service users. You will also collaborate with service users, families, and the multi-disciplinary team to maximise service user outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Creative Support principles, policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Supervising and supporting staff to best meet service user needs and preferences
  • Supporting service users to have the opportunity for a full and happy life and to be safe and well

A clean, valid driving licence and access to a car are desirable for this role but not essential. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings and weekends.
