Job Title: Senior Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support in Blackpool. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom have autism spectrum conditions and complex needs.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of staff to provide care and support to individuals at our Blackpool service.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of person-centred support principles and practices.
