Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing respectful and dignified personal care, emotional, and practical support to service users
  • Collaborating with service users, families, and the multi-disciplinary team to maximise service user outcomes
  • Implementing Creative Support principles, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the service meets CQC requirements
  • Supervising and supporting staff to best meet service user needs and preferences
  • Supporting service users to have the opportunity for a full and happy life, and to be safe and well

A clean, valid driving licence and access to a car are desirable for this role, but not essential. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings and weekends.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support services. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities, we would love to hear from you.
