As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and young people, providing a stable and nurturing environment that allows them to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality childcare practice, underpinned by a Person-Centred Values therapeutic approach.
  • Supporting the Registered Manager in providing the best possible care for our young people.
  • Leading a team of Support Workers to ensure consistency of care and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 months or more experience working within a residential setting.
  • Achieved your Level 3 Diploma (Residential Childcare) or equivalent.
  • Ability to interact with a range of people/young people.
  • Confidence and ability to lead a team of Support Workers.
