At Nutmeg Saving and Investment Limited, we are seeking an experienced Operations Admin Specialist to join our dynamic Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in line with set timeframes, while promoting efficiencies and reducing risks to the business.

Key responsibilities will include completing daily on-boarding AML checks and associated processes, end-to-end change of bank details process, and assisting in deceased cases and associated processes. You will also be responsible for managing Admin inbox and other specialist work queues to ensure timely responses on all cases, applying special fees and promotional rates, and completing end-to-end LISA withdrawal for house purchase process.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage various workstreams and processes in line with different SLA's, excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly numerate with good excel knowledge, resilience and flexibility in a demanding and fast paced environment, and great attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills include previous experience of working in an operations or administration role, working knowledge of processes and procedures involved in the role, and ability to demonstrate adherence to compliance guidelines and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
