About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Administrator to join our customer services team in Chatham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log customer calls and job requests via telephone and portal
  • Ensure jobs are logged accurately and escalated in a timely manner to achieve SLAs
  • Maintain and update simPRO system
  • Liaise with Engineers, Contract team, Subcontractors, and Customers on job status
  • Manage fluctuating workloads in Shared Outlook mailbox
  • Promptly investigate customer queries and provide feedback
  • Monitor and manage outstanding job sheets and produce backlog reports to ensure the CAFM system is up to date at all times
  • Closing PPM jobs
  • Raising supplier and sub-contractor purchase orders
  • General Administration duties
Ideal Requirements
  • Experience of working on a Helpdesk in an FM/Facilities environment
  • Proficient with MS Office and experience with simPRO would be advantageous although full training is given
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills (Verbal and Written English essential)
  • Ability to prioritise multi-task whilst working under pressure
  • Flexible Team player approach with a 'Can do' attitude at all times
