Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description: We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Support Specialist to join our busy reception team at St Oswald's Hospital.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the switchboard and reception area, providing comprehensive clerical duties, including cash handling and banking, coordinating room bookings, and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.

You will also be the primary contact point for all calls to the service, liaising with the general public, and contributing to the smooth operation of the reception area and other clerical duties.

Requirements:

  • English and Math GCSE C or equivalent experience
  • IT qualification and experience
  • Microsoft packages Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Understanding of confidentiality
  • Previous customer service experience

Desirable Skills:

  • Customer care qualification
  • Knowledge of System One
