Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Electrical Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our global customers and service partners, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, diagnosing issues, and offering solutions for our products and systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and onsite when necessary.
  • Documentation: Document technical issues and resolutions, contributing to our knowledge base for ongoing improvement.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of MasterMover products.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and contribute to product improvements.
  • Training: Deliver product training to customers and service partners to ensure proper usage and performance.

Qualifications:

  • A proven background in electronics, electronic engineering/design, and controls is essential.
  • Experience in wireless systems and automation/robotics is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles, maintenance and repair of machinery and electrical diagnostics is required.
  • Excellent planning, organising, decision making and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • A reliable, flexible and proactive individual with good time management and the ability to work autonomously is required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills are essential.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software is necessary.
