Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative with our client in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through outbound sales. With a strong focus on relationship-building and objection-handling skills, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' products and services to potential B2B clients.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading telemarketing service that has experienced unrivalled success over two decades. With retained clients across the UK and Europe, you will have the chance to make a real impact on their business. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture relationships, navigate objections, and generate leads to book appointments.
Key Responsibilities:- Navigate and develop relationships with potential B2B clients to promote our clients' products and services.
- Qualify leads to understand business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule meetings for our clients' sales teams to attend and close the sale.
- Evaluate and record all data and information from calls accurately in our CRM system.
- A proven track record in telesales, telemarketing, or sales development, preferably with an outbound focus.
- Exceptional communication and articulation skills.
- The ability to engage and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivation, organisation, and ability to work independently.
After a temporary contract, this role may become permanent. You can expect a competitive salary of up to £26,000 plus a performance-based commission structure.
