Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative with our client in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through outbound sales. With a strong focus on relationship-building and objection-handling skills, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' products and services to potential B2B clients.

About the Role:

With retained clients across the UK and Europe, you will have the chance to make a real impact on their business. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture relationships, navigate objections, and generate leads to book appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Navigate and develop relationships with potential B2B clients to promote our clients' products and services.
  2. Qualify leads to understand business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  3. Schedule meetings for our clients' sales teams to attend and close the sale.
  4. Evaluate and record all data and information from calls accurately in our CRM system.

What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record in telesales, telemarketing, or sales development, preferably with an outbound focus.
  • Exceptional communication and articulation skills.
  • The ability to engage and build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Self-motivation, organisation, and ability to work independently.

Benefits:

After a temporary contract, this role may become permanent. You can expect a competitive salary of up to £26,000 plus a performance-based commission structure.
