Citrus Recruit is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to an existing client base, with complete accountability for your own customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with numeracy, and have a strong understanding of Excel. You will be required to work well under tight deadlines, handle high-volume data accurately, and liaise with third-party suppliers regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Account Management and order processing
  • Client contact via phone and email
  • Providing and following up on accurate quotes created for the customer
  • Accurately inputting simple to complex quotations onto the CRM
  • Working with high-volume and accurate data
