About the Role

Frontier Consulting is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults in our community.

Job Description:

Supporting Independence: As an Adult Community Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with individuals to identify their needs and develop strategies to promote their independence.

Therapeutic Interventions: You will deliver evidence-based interventions and rehabilitation programs to support individuals in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.

Collaboration and Communication: You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.

Requirements:
  • A recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working within a social care setting, ideally supporting adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with service users, carers, and professionals.
  • The ability to manage a caseload, prioritizing and organizing your work effectively.
  • A commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and empowerment for individuals.
