We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at a specialist care organisation operating in parts of West Berkshire.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering daily living support services, encompassing meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care
  • Accompanying clients on outings and facilitating access to community-based events
  • Fostering independence through teaching life skills and promoting self-reliance

You will also have the chance to advance your career by earning Health and Social Care qualifications, such as NVQ or QCF, and enjoy contributions towards our company's pension scheme.
