Job Summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized support to an individual who values their independence and enjoys an active lifestyle.

Key responsibilities include adapting support to meet the individual's needs, encouraging them to make their own choices, helping them to do things themselves, and supporting them to build confidence and life skills. You will also help them to be a part of their community, join local clubs, and connect with friends and family.

The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on hours worked. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for training and development, and access to a range of employee discounts and rewards.
