Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Bluebird Care. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care duties, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Lifestyle companion visits to promote social interaction and companionship
  • Assistance with meal preparation and administration of medication
  • Manual handling and use of equipment as required
  • Promoting customer health and well-being
Your Experience and Suitability

We welcome applications from individuals with a caring and compassionate nature. While previous experience is not necessary, you must have a valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. Excellent English language skills are also required.

Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.75, 30p mileage allowance, and 20 days' holiday pro rata. Our comprehensive training program includes a 12-week mentorship and ongoing support. Flexible working arrangements are available to accommodate your lifestyle.
