We are seeking a Healthcare Companion to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Healthcare Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medication, and providing emotional support to our clients. You will also be responsible for completing individual care plans and reporting any changes or concerns to our team.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. You will also need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.

We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, plus 30p per mile, and a range of benefits including paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, and access to our benefits and well-being platform.
