Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage depot resources to ensure profitability and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures, upholding our stringent health and safety standards.
  • Implement company policies and procedures, effectively managing depot staff, including recruitment, training, and appraisals.
  • Manage customer relationships to provide quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • A minimum of GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, or equivalent practical experience and a proven track record in management within a commercial business.
  • Proven ability to manage depot staff, including recruitment, training, and appraisals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
