About the Role

Safran Nacelles is a leading manufacturer of aircraft engine nacelles, and we are seeking a skilled Supplier Quality Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of items and services purchased and stored, managing discrepancies in delivered and stored items, and promoting continuous improvement among suppliers and the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality of items and services purchased and stored
  • Manage discrepancies in delivered and stored items
  • Manage quarantine areas and ensure timely containment, characterization, and return to suppliers
  • Manage supplier relationships for quality aspects and promote continuous improvement
  • Identify and escalate risks or concerns related to product or people safety

Requirements

  • Knowledge of EN9100/EN9001
  • Experience with quality tools such as APQP, 8D, and root cause analysis
  • Good communication skills and ability to influence
  • Able to work accurately and consistently
