Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Heather Grange, Burnley. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care
- Support residents with personal care needs and encourage participation in activities
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care
- Previous care experience and a passion for caring for older people
- Leadership and coaching skills to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and listening skills
