About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant at MHA, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will support residents with their personal care needs, help them participate in various activities, and administer medication. Your leadership and people skills will make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about caring for older people, have previous care experience, and hold a minimum of an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care. You will also need to be willing to complete level 3. Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care is essential. You will have a kind, warm, and caring nature, be able to work well as part of a team, and use your own initiative. Patience, communication, and listening skills are also important.
