Senior Care Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Heather Grange in Burnley. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
- Support residents with their personal care needs, including administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive care environment that promotes resident wellbeing and happiness.
About You:
- You will have a minimum of an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care, with a passion for caring for older people.
- You will have previous experience in a care setting, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality care.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
