Leadership Opportunity: Enterprise Software Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market Account Executive team in the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving results and developing their team.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Directly manage and coach the Mid-Market Account Executive team to increase sales and achieve business objectives.
- Attend sales and customer meetings, and listen to call recordings to provide actionable feedback and coaching.
- Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports to discuss performance, goals, and career development.
- Evaluate and enforce a multi-product sales process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive and motivate the team around key objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations to support team growth.
- Manage the accuracy of the team's forecast to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the VP of Mid-Market Sales to improve processes and go-to-market strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams, including SDR, Sales Engineering, Solutions Associate, Implementation, Partnerships, Sales Ops, and CS leadership.
- Spearhead key change management initiatives to drive business impact and achieve top 3 business objectives.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
4+ years of experience in Enterprise Software sales, with a strong background in MarTech being a plus.Experience as a Sales Manager at a fast-growing company, with a proven track record of driving results and developing their team.A self-starter mindset, comfortable in outside sales meetings and events.A strong ability to analyze data to measure rep performance and drive improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.The ability to work from our Shoreditch office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.What We Offer
In this role, you can expect:

This role is based in our Shoreditch office, with occasional travel to client sites. We welcome applications from candidates who are able to commute to this location on a regular basis.
