Safety Regulations Coordinator Role

We require an experienced Safety Regulations Coordinator to join our team at Falcon Green Personnel. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment across our residential new build development.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create, implement, and review health and safety policies and procedures for effective compliance.
  2. Regularly inspect sites to identify potential hazards, implementing corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  3. Lead investigations into incidents or near misses, providing recommendations for improvement.
  4. Deliver health and safety training sessions to ensure site personnel understand their roles and responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a health and safety role within construction.

Salary Range: £48,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
