Futures Recruitment Services has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary/PA to join its team in Basingstoke. As a Support Administrative Coordinator in the Dispute Resolution Team, you will provide administrative support to a Senior Partner and Fee Earners.
Key Responsibilities- Diary management and liaison with clients
- Assisting fee earners with business development
- Drafting and filing confidential documents and expenses
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary/PA at senior level (ideally 3+ years in a legal firm)
- Excellent knowledge of legal terminology and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills of 60 wpm with dictation experience
