Sales and Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator to manage the entire customer journey from initial contact to delivery.
You will be working as part of a dynamic team in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and will be responsible for:
- Handling orders and queries efficiently
- Managing quotes and processing orders
- Making returns and credits straightforward
- Tracking daily deliveries to ensure smooth logistics operations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Sage 200, Odoo, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
