Learning Development Specialist

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, administering, sourcing, and delivering L&D activities within the firm. This role requires strong training delivery/presentation skills, experience in producing training videos, and the ability to work well to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship management of L&D providers
- Coordinating internal professional development programmes
- Designing and delivering internal and external training courses
- Overseeing and delivering the induction process for new joiners
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships across the business.
We estimate that the salary for this role is around £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
Requirements:- Experience in L&D, preferably in a professional services environment
- Proven ability to design and deliver internal training
- Strong training delivery/presentation skills
- Ability to work well to deadlines
