Job Title: Senior Events Coordinator

Job Type: Part-time

Estimated Salary: £22,500 - £27,000 per annum

Location: Remote or hybrid work arrangement

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused administrator to provide administrative support for the CDI's Events and Commercial team.

The role will involve supporting the delivery of online and in-person events, conferences, and commercial partnerships. Key responsibilities include event planning, venue sourcing, ticket sales, sponsor management, and commercial contract administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in events administration, Microsoft software, and online events platforms. They will be highly organised, flexible, and able to work to tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Events administration experience
  • Microsoft software experience (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Online events experience (Zoom, Teams)
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Willingness to develop own learning through training and development
