Job Summary

We're seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Truro

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We support individuals living in their own homes in the Truro area, and we're looking for someone to join our team to provide flexible support.

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals, developing daily living skills, assisting with personal care and medication, and accessing the local community for socialising and hobbies.

We offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate
  • Time to complete training is paid
  • We cover the cost of DBS checks
  • Rota's are planned in advance

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop daily living skills
  • Support individuals to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
  • Contribute to, develop and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their family members, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
