As a Bank Support Worker, you'll have the flexibility to choose your shifts, working days, evenings, or weekends, depending on your availability. We provide full training, so experience is not essential. What's important is your willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a desire to help others live fulfilling lives.

Our support is tailored to each individual's needs, values, and preferences, which may include developing daily living skills, assisting with personal care and medication, and accessing the local community for socialization and hobbies.

A full, manual, UK driving licence is required.

  • Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £12.27 p/h)
