The Payments Operations SME Service Owner - Director role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in payments operations.

  1. Define and oversee the execution of the service strategy to maximise value to service recipients.
  2. Coordinate and orchestrate end-to-end EMEA business services within payments and current accounts.
  3. Leverage your knowledge and expertise to drive strategic business change, ensuring our payment operating models are fit for purpose.

Salary: £155K - 165K p.a., plus excellent benefits and bonus.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Service Owner or equivalent in payments operations, preferably with a focus on EMEA markets.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to educate and convince stakeholders at all levels on the importance of best practice and alignment to industry and peer standards.
