In this role, you will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver tailored support and care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including medication administration and peg feeding
  • Supporting clients to engage in community activities and outings
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress

Requirements:

  • Qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work) or equivalent experience
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
